Signing an NDA

I need to verify that the organizers and/or judges of this challenge will sign an NDA in order for my company to participate in this challenge.

    Thank you for your inquiry. All submissions to this challenge will be posted to this website and available to public viewing. As such, neither CHCS nor members of the judging panel will be signing non-disclosure agreements. However, neither CHCS nor the challenge sponsors will hold intellectual property rights to any submitted or winning entries -- all intellectual property rights will remain with applicants. Please see the “Rules” section of the website for additional information.

    Will everyone be able to view the challenge submission prior to the judging or after the winners have been selected?

    Apologies for the delay! Submissions will not be made public on the challenge website until the submission deadline has passed (after July 15, 2015).
