Eligibility Superiority issues

Eligibility is just for Americans why?. This doesn't make sense at all !!!

    Hello, Chinelo and thanks for your inquiry. Although we realize there is much talent in developer communities outside of the US, our grant funding for this initiative restricts us from being able to offer cash prizes to individuals outside of the US. As such, we have to limit participation to US residents only.
