Can we assume that a super utilizer has an email account for sign up purposes or should we build another way for authentication?

    While super-utilizers increasingly have access to and are comfortable with technology, you should assume that not all will have an email or social media account. One way that other innovators in this space have tackled this issue is by authenticating ID through a trusted third party, such as utilizing member or patient IDs from a provider or health plan.
