Q: Part of our current business model with our app is having a person available to help users. Would this be considered to adding value to our app, or can it only be judged by the technology alone and not this human service?
A: This feature would be taken into consideration in the judging competition, but solely having this as a feature would not be considered "value added." If the judges deem that this feature truly does add value to the product, that would be reflected in their scores. Be sure to clearly explain how this aspect of your tool works in the text description and video entered with your submission.
