New Resource -- Texting for Better Care

Hi there --

Just letting you know that a new resource has been added to the Resources tab: the Center for Care Innovation's Texting for Better Care Toolkit pulls together lessons from a number of saftey net provider sites that implemented text messaging programs to improve care for their patient populations. Focus areas of the toolkit include:

Selecting a vendor;
Developing messaging content and logic;
Obtaining consent and ensuring privacy;
Implementation use case;
External resources; and
Research on texting.
